Client Authorisation Form
Client Authorisation Form
For all Conveyancing transactions I will require a client provide this document when I verify their Identity (VOI).
As a PEXA Subscriber Representative, I must:
use the Client Authorisation Form for any Client Authorisation you enter into; and
except for Caveats and Priority/Settlement Notices I must enter into a Client Authorisation with your Client before the Subscriber Digitally Signs any Document; and
comply with the Client Authorisation; and
take reasonable steps to verify the authority of each Person entering into a Client Authorisation.
Without a correctly completed version of this form and VOI being conducted, I cannot act on a client’s behalf for conveyancing transactions.
